Chef Josh Bard honed his culinary skills in the local food hotspot of Vermont. Having both owned and operated various restaurants, he not only brings a creative culinary style to the meal, but the knowledge and logistic management skills to make help your event go smoothly. While Josh has a love for traditional Mexican sauces, he can handle any genre of food. His real speciality is taking hyper-fresh and local meats, grains, and vegetables, and crafting them into delicious and beautiful cuisine that will make your meal one of the highlights of your event. We call it Farm Fusion, and we think you and your guests will be amazed.
